REQUIREMENT:

12 Days Umrah Package designed with regular Hotel. 7 Nights in Makkah and 5 Nights in Madinah. The package cost includes Umrah Visa fee with all taxes. All ground transport by shared bus or private (optional). Our support staff assists you in Makkah and Madinah. Sightseeing and Food include in this package.

Makkah Hotel distance within 700 Meter +/- from Haram Mosque outer Border.

Madinah Hotel distance within 500 Meter +/- from Haram Mosque outer Border.

Itinerary:

Day 1 : Depart from Dhaka to Jeddah
Day 2 : Arrival in Makkah hotel & Perform Umrah
Day 3 : Regular Ibadah & Sightseeing (Package include)
Day 4 : Perform 2^nd Umrah
Day 5 : Regular Ibadah & Sightseeing in Jabale Nur (Personal)
Day 6 : Personal sightseeing and perform 3rd Umrah (Personal)
Day 7 : Check out from Makka & Check in Medinah Al Monoarah

Day 8 : Regular Ibadah & Sightseeing (Package include)

Day 9 : Ziarah in Prophets Raojah (Package include)

Day 10 : Regular Ibadah & Sightseeing (Personal)

Day 11 : Check out from hotel and flight to Dhaka.

BOOKING POLICY:

• Pay a minimum of BDT 50,000/- per person to Book your tour.
• Balance amount to be paid before issuing ticket.
• Book through Online deposit at our Bank account or with Cash & Cheque favoring our respective agent.
• If your booking is routed through our Preferred Sales Agent the tour cost will remain the same as applicable. If at all you need to pay by cash then the payment should reach our office at Dhaka only against our official receipt.
• If you don’t follow the above mentioned payment policy and procedure, the company shall not be responsible for the payment

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.
• 5,000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE
• Ticket cancel penalty nonrefundable.
• Visa and Hotel cost are nonrefundable if it issue.
• Date Change Penalty with fare deference is applicable as per airlines policy (If any).

• Hotel Distance may vary* (Distance given are from outer border of Haram Sharef & Masjid-e-Nabawi)
• The tour dates and tour programs are provisional and subject to change without notice.
• All services are from Jeddah or Madinah or Taif Airport.
• Hotels Rooms in Makkah & Madina are normally as follows:, Quad Room = 4 Normal Beds + 1 Extra Bed (If any).
• If anybody want personal double Room = 2 Normal Beds then hotel cost will be double in BDT for per person
• The tour costs are based on SAR @ BDT 30/-. Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers as per the prevailing exchange rate of that day. Flight schedule and Itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.

• Adult per person: Start from 140,000 BDT
• Child– 2 to 11 Years : Air ticket (20 % discount) + Visa fee + Transportation (Bed charge exclude)
• Infant– 0 to 2 Years : Air ticket (70 % discount) + Visa fee ( Food, Transportation and Bed charge exclude)
